We are in the process of buying a bathroom, and possibly a kitchen. The offers so far have been transparent, setting pricing per item instead of hiding costs from us. Marco is also showing us all the materials they can use, and challenging us when our choices might not be the right ones.

Great company. In 2018, I had them install the bathroom, along with a shower and a whirlpool tub in the attic. It turned out beautifully, and I'm still very happy with it. Friendly hosts, excellent communication. Whirlpool tubs are known for being prone to malfunctions, but the two minor issues I've had so far have been resolved quickly and efficiently. They were very helpful in designing the surround so it would be easy to disassemble, which worked out well for me. Very satisfied.

We are very satisfied with the service from Badkamerwarenhuis. Communication with and from Marco was clear, and we are thrilled with the work Hans and Valentijn did. They explained everything clearly and were infinitely patient with all our questions and requests. When something went wrong (which is almost inevitable with a project as large as a bathroom renovation), it was quickly resolved or a beautiful alternative was found. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and respectful, and we are left with a beautiful bathroom and toilets.
