I’m absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom and toilet! The renovation turned out even better than I imagined — everything looks fresh, modern, and beautifully finished. The team was amazing — professional, friendly, and really cared about getting every detail right. Everything looks so fresh and modern now, and I can’t stop admiring how beautiful it all turned out. They kept things tidy, finished on time, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. A huge thanks to Mike, who was simply fantastic throughout the whole process. He was so professional, friendly, and patient, always making sure I was happy with every detail. His workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and you can really see the care he put into the job. I am very happy with the work and I would 100% recommend the team to anyone thinking about a renovation!

From the very start of our intake we knew we were in good hands with Mike. We had both our bathroom and toilet renovated with Badkamer Direct and we are extremely happy with the results. Mike was thorough about everything; he asked lots of questions, got to know us on a personal level, shared stories about himself; we felt very comfortable with him. Mike and his team were able to make our ideas for our bathroom a reality. He went through our choices on tiles and colors and he advised us about things like having a window in the shower, gave us information on the benefits of different vanities and faucets like which ones clean better and which don’t. The one idea that was very important to us was to open up the space and make the bathroom feel as big as possible because we have a small bathroom and they did just that! Highly recommended. Completely renovated our bathroom and toilet in less than two weeks at a fraction of the cost that we were offered at different companies in Rotterdam. Mike coordinated the project from start to finish and made sure that we were happy with the process at every step of the way. He arranged the purchase and delivery of all the materials. The workers who carried out the work, Alex and Victor, were very clean and worked responsibly.

Tegelcomfort beautifullly carried out our old (and challenging) bathroom renovation. The quality of the work and the people was beyond our expectations. Job: Mike and Armen had to remove the old toilet objects, strip down tiles, remove plaster boards. Afterwards, they rebuilt the walls, floor, ceiling, water and drenaige system, electrical connections and wiring, installed tiles and bathroom fixtures. Process: From the beginning (squeezing our project in their tight schedule as we had water leakage issues) they went above and beyond to do and finish things as we wanted to, even when it wasn’t discussed beforehand. At each step of the process, we discussed how and with what materials they will proceed, and they always allowed us to make the final decision even if it meant the project would take longer. They were very open, listened and gave good and honest advice, accomodating our wishes when that was feasible. They worked hard every day, showing up every morning earlier than expected, with good attitudes and spirits. The work was clean and tidy. They used very good materials and modern tools & tech, installed them properly and professionally, paid attention to details and really embraced our vision of the bathroom. We had many fears and doubts, as this was our first big project with contractors, and hearing what other people went through made it very stressful. Luckily, Mike and Armen were an excellent choice, and we highly appreciate them! I could not recommend them more, as people who put their love and honesty into everything that they do!

Uitstekend! Mike is een zeer behulpzame man, Hij denkt mee en is heel fijn in de communicatie. Het werk moet nog uitgevoerd worden, maar ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat hij waar gaat maken wat hij heeft beloofd.

De opname, offerte en planning zijn allemaal wat je van een top leverancier mag verwachten. Dit is ook zeker het geval bij Badkamer-Direct. Ook de daadwerkelijke uitvoer van het project was echt perfect. Specialisten aan het werk met ook voor detail en service naar de klant. Ik raad deze leverancier dan ook graag aan. In een eventueel volgend huis ga ik graag weer in zee met ze.
