We sold our house through Baas (Erwin). Before we gave him the sales contract, I preferred the contact more than afterward. It was a shame that he had to call quite a bit for certain matters. We didn't accept the first offer right away (against his advice), which ultimately resulted in a higher sales price! The transfer of our house fell during his vacation; he said he would call us beforehand. Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything back. Afterward, I called him again with a question, but unfortunately, he didn't ask a single question about the transfer of our old house or our new one. I think that's a shame. The photographer (recommended by Erwin) who took the photos of our house were very nice. Fortunately, our house sold quickly. ;-)
