Baarslag installation technology has proven to be a reliable supplier and installer who largely honors their agreements. In the occasional unexpected situation, communication is excellent and rescheduling is agreed upon, often even on the same day. Equipment deliveries are handled just-in-time. Any unexpected malfunctions are resolved quickly and efficiently. Baarslag supplied us with a ground-source heat pump (2 boreholes). After delivery, the final bill was in accordance with the quote, with no financial surprises (despite the inherent structural surprises in older houses).

The initial contact immediately gave me a positive feeling, because you took the time to answer all my questions (and there were quite a few). We then agreed on a date and time. The engineer was punctual (and said that if there were any delays, he would always contact me beforehand). This means I can trust that communication is good and that agreements are honored. The inspection revealed that adjustments were necessary to comply with the latest regulations. These could be adjusted without having to install new boilers. The engineer also offered advice on potential savings through insulation. This means to me that you think along with the customer to help them as best as possible. The adjustments and insulation were all carried out during a follow-up appointment. The engineer left the work area tidy. For me, that means I can confidently entrust your central heating boiler maintenance to you. There's also a breakdown service in case of emergencies. My experiences have been excellent. Customer-friendly. Appointments are kept (please let us know in advance if the technician arrives later than the agreed-upon time). Easy to reach by phone (if there's no answer, you'll be called back as soon as possible). Professional. Service-oriented. Solution-oriented thinking with the customer. Delivers neat work and tidies up the workspace. So... I definitely recommend gaining your own experience at Baarslag.

I had good, fast, and pleasant contact regarding my problems. I received excellent advice. The staff who visited were very friendly and professional. They explained everything they were going to do/repair and demonstrated it physically with before and after photos.
