What a terrible organization and the people who work here! I live in Baarn and want to replace my two existing dormers. My two neighbors have somewhat larger dormers that I want to have made exactly the same. I can't get a permit because these people think it's not according to the regulations. Even the municipality has its doubts! The municipality of Baarn and this ridiculous foundation that decides what is and isn't beautiful, but completely ignores functionality and benefits. This MOOISTICHT foundation isn't for people, it's against them! They don't give a damn and just want to thwart you so they can hold hearings to keep themselves busy. It's appalling how these people operate. They drain your energy just to get you to drop the permit. At the hearing, there was a woman who works for the foundation who couldn't even answer simple questions. I won't go into details, because I could write ten pages. You should be ashamed of yourselves. By the way, I'm a business owner in Baarn. We visit many homes where people have had bad experiences with this agency and the municipality regarding dormer windows, roof extensions, or additions that are rejected, while the neighbors/the entire street have accepted them. People! If you have to deal with these people, you better be safe! Stay strong.

The municipality of Baarn is doing nothing about the overgrowth and is letting everything become overgrown. The landfill looks like a sheltered workshop with antisocial people. No one is cheerful, no one will even offer a helping hand. They're doing nothing about the declining number of shops (addressing rents, etc.).

A very picturesque place. The parks here are worth recommending. Right next to the picturesque center is a small bird park. If you head towards the road, you'll also find a small tree park where you can also see animals like goats, peacocks, parrots, and chickens. There are also three large parks: one with the royal family palace and a rich floral park. The other, instead, houses a modest palace where you can grab a bite to eat or a drink, surrounded by a picturesque park.

Ik heb mijn badkamer en toilet laten renoveren en ben van begin tot eind uitstekend begeleid. De jongens hebben mij in contact gebracht met 1 van hun partners dat in de verkoop van tegels en sanitair zit, waar ik ook mijn tegel/sanitair heb gekocht. Aansluitend zijn de werkzaamheden uitstekend verricht en de communicatie hierin was prettig. Ik bedank jullie voor deze fijne samenwerking en geef jullie een dikke 5 sterren!

Ik heb mijn badkamerrenovatie laten uitvoeren door 22 Allround en ben zeer tevreden. De communicatie verliep van begin tot eind erg prettig. De installateur was vriendelijk en werkte netjes. Het eindresultaat is mooi en strak afgewerkt. Ik ben er erg blij mee. Bedankt voor jullie inzet!

Badkamer volledig gerenoveerd, strak stucwerk en een prachtige visgraat pvc vloer gelegd. Alles netjes afgewerkt en volgens planning uitgevoerd. Zeer tevreden over het eindresultaat.

In het verleden mijn verbouwing uit handen gegeven aan Ecofix. Gehele woning gestript en tot in de afbouw alles laten verzorgen. Gehele project liep volgens planning. Leuke vaklui. Wij zijn dik tevreden!
