On December 4, 2023, I received a call about a Japanese knotweed infestation on a house they had put up for sale. When asked if the real estate agent had informed the new residents, they enthusiastically responded with a yes. It later turned out this wasn't the case. The conclusion was that they knowingly sold a house with hidden defects that turned out to have even more. Never buy anything through them. Money is more important than the person who is now saddled with the misery.
