I had already written a review for this, but they had it removed! My experience with this driving school has been disappointing from the start. Communication was downright poor: she's almost never reachable by phone, messages supposedly don't get through, and return calls are either too late or never made. Canceling or rescheduling lessons was therefore virtually impossible. I started with her after I'd already taken two practical exams at another driving school and had to switch due to a move. She kept delaying scheduling a practical exam. From the start, she indicated she'd estimate I could take my driving test around July/August, but in the end, she scheduled me for the end of November! Even though I'd requested an earlier date. During the scheduled driving lesson, which was to evaluate my eligibility for an earlier date, she didn't show up. She also didn't show up for two previous lessons without reason, and if you try to call her, you immediately go to voicemail. Two days later, I received a message that my exam had been canceled without prior notice. When I tried to contact her about this, she was unavailable again. After sending an email about her unprofessional approach, she became very unprofessional and aggressive on the phone and decided to unilaterally terminate our relationship. She also threatened to put me on a "blacklist" to prevent me from switching to another driving school. Unfortunately, I've read similar experiences in other reviews, so I now know I'm not alone. My advice to anyone considering taking driving lessons here: think twice. This driving school is anything but professional and trustworthy.

During a five-minute phone conversation with instructor Ingrid Hendriksen, I unfortunately had a very negative experience. Throughout the conversation, Ms. Hendriksen repeatedly acted unprofessionally, rudely, and aggressively. The conversation ended abruptly when she said, "Byeeeeeeeeeeeee," mid-conversation and then hung up. This type of communication is completely unacceptable for a driving school. If there is any doubt about my review, I can provide evidence of this incident. Response updated: Ingrid responds to all negative comments by saying they aren't true. Yet, we already have the evidence, and she's not presenting herself professionally in this way.

Great driving school! Ingrid is a fantastic instructor, and I passed my test on the first try. She explains everything clearly and stays calm.

I recommend this driving school. Thank you for the wonderful lessons. At first, I was quite nervous about driving, but the driving instructor helped me a lot. I always get clear and thorough explanations of what to do. The driving instructor is also very friendly and patient. This helps me manage my driving anxiety.
