RUN from this company. They are so unprofessional - in multiple departments. Do not even go on a sales conversation with them, because they will become your biggest headache and derail your plans and life. Details: 2025 June - made an agreement to install the pomp; I asked MULTIPLE times for a technical person to come see the place for installment, the sales person always said 'it's ok'. The installment is scheduled for July - parking is reserved, the crane is reserved, the invoice is sent for payment. When a technical person came in - in July, 2 weeks before the 'installation', they said that it is impossible to install it. The same technical person said that him personally would NEVER chose atlas power because they are a MESS - and he works for them!!!! The sales person jasper will sell his own mother and does not care about technical stuff at all. I was left with having to find another company, which delayed my house heating in winter time. December 2025 - I receive a MUST PAY invoice by 15 December because their accounting department is balancing whatever schemes they have (credit, gift, etc.). It takes me multiple calls for their front desk to figure what is happening and says 'oh you know it's an automatic email'. Lady, we all live in 2025, automatic emails should not be this faulty. This company is not only incredibly unprofessional, but will WASTE your time because internally they are an absolute mess.

EXTREMELY unreliable company. PLEASE DONT make a contract with Atlas power. I wish i can remove their system. They make you regret going GREEN and safe ecosystem. They are not responsive. They installed a system with a broken controlling unit, and caused the water pumps to fail after two months. Now i hear an annoying noise 24/7 in my house. Disappointing. Terrible customer service, it took 4 weeks to check the system and told me the controlling unit is broken. I waited 2 months to fix the system which was broken during installation. Still they haven’t fixed the system. I called them and gently explained to them it is cold months and i need heating system but they schedule appointments and then cancel them with different reasons. Unprofessional behaviour. Waste of money. The sellers told me they are monitoring the system 24 hours, but they did not notice they have installed a broken system. Dont trust them at all.

Absolutely unacceptable service from Atlas Power! Our heat pump broke down just one month after installation, and it became painfully clear that Atlas Power has neither the expertise nor the responsibility to fix what they installed!! We have been left without heating for weeks in the middle of winter, and Atlas has shown zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero willingness to resolve the issue. I strongly warn anyone against choosing them!

This company is extremely unreliable. We scheduled meetings twice, and both times they canceled without any explanation. For four months, we’ve been trying to get in touch with them with no success. Their lack of responsibility and professionalism is shocking. Do not waste your time with them.
