After Atama installed nine panels on the western side of our roof 13 years ago, they installed eight additional panels on the east side two weeks ago. The consultation, during which we explained exactly what we wanted, was a bit difficult (we had to get three new quotes from three different people because one of them was difficult to reach by phone), but from the planning stage (Floris?), everything went smoothly. The three installers were also helpful and professional, worked efficiently, were friendly, and neatly communicated everything they were going to do (or had done). They even (without me asking) left our daffodils in the front garden. Due to problems with a faulty earth leakage circuit breaker, we had to call the service department twice, but they resolved the minor issues the same day. In other words (for a demanding customer like me, who knows what they want), all's well that ends well. Very satisfied with the system. Tip: Although only two roof tiles needed replacing, perhaps the quote clearly states that you need to have at least 10 spare tiles ready (you'll need to arrange this yourself). Instead of only mentioning this large number after the order has been placed, you could also include a replacement.

Absolutely terrible! Absolutely nothing went right. The installation plan couldn't be carried out. The connection to the meter box wasn't possible according to the quote. The alternative was an external gutter via the outside wall. Fortunately, I still had an empty pipe, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. The panels weren't connected properly, causing installers to run across the roof and cause significant damage. This company simply didn't show up twice for a repair appointment. During installation, your network was also briefly disrupted. They installed the wrong charging station for an electric car, and the corresponding kWh meter was installed the wrong way around. Then the panel supports were spray-painted black, without a template or anything underneath, as were the gray roof tiles. The roof was left damaged several times; you can't see it from below. I was patient and offered the opportunity to fix it properly. However, someone was in the wrong place regarding aftercare. It's unbelievable that you'd act like that given the circumstances.
