The worst customer / sales service I have ever experienced. Asked them for a quote which took literally 6 months with excuse over excuse: they couldn’t read small print PDF, the person in charge of my quote is on vacation, they forgot about it. When I finally did get a quote for ceramic, not even marble the price was ridiculous!! If I could give minus stars I would.

Today we visited the Arte showroom to choose a countertop. Unfortunately, we were stuck in traffic, which meant we couldn't make our 11:00 AM appointment. Despite our delay, we received a very warm welcome with a delicious cup of coffee. Afterward, we browsed the showroom to see the colors we liked, and then we went to the factory to see the panels in full size. Corien explained everything very well; she took her time with us and allowed us to take photos.

Over a year ago, we had a Silestone countertop installed with a glitter finish. It's still beautiful and luxurious, and very easy to clean with a damp microfiber cloth. We're still thrilled with this luxurious color every day! Thank you for the compliments on how well we maintain this countertop!

In a word, fantastic service! We were allowed to choose our own countertop. That was a unique and enjoyable experience. The possibilities are amazing. We saw some truly beautiful things. The explanation was also excellent. Unfortunately, the kitchen supplier's installation of the countertop was a major setback, including broken countertops. Fortunately, Arte handled this incredibly well and ensured the countertop was properly installed by sending their own team. I don't know of any company that provides such excellent service. Thank you very much.
