I'm now enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee with the new Jura E8. The coffee is excellent, tasty, and hot! I was worried about damage when I had it delivered, but Thomas allayed my concerns, and when it later turned out the water reservoir was slightly damaged at the top, I received another reassuring email... "It'll be fine, Mike, I'll send a new one right away." Great service...I took a sip of coffee...and the coffee is fantastic!!!!

Great store, great service, and very satisfied! We bought our first machine 18 years ago at Arte dell' Espresso. After 12 years of use, we made the mistake of buying a Philips bean-to-cup machine. After six years of perseverance, we bought a Jura E8 from Arte dell' Espresso. What a wonderful machine, highly recommended! Thomas provided excellent help and advice. The machine was shipped quickly and professionally. And most importantly for me: remote assistance with minor adjustments. Even after the purchase, we always received prompt and friendly messages. We're going to try the beans too.

We got to know the company Arte dell’espresso during our search for a coffee machine with many options. In the (online) world of barista possibilities, it is very easy to get lost, so personal advice is an absolute must. At Arte dell’espresso, in addition to being received very kindly with a delicious cup of coffee, we were given a comprehensive overview of the possibilities as well as the limitations of the various machines. The owners actively help in making the right choice and are very transparent in their explanations and pricing. We ultimately left with a very good agreement, including a contract for the supply of a year's supply of exceptionally delicious coffee beans. We have come to know this company as friendly, knowledgeable, easily accessible, and providing optimal service. Highly recommended, our absolute number 1!

I bought a coffee machine from Arte dell'espresso a long time ago, and we've been buying all our bean coffee there ever since. Excellent service and good value for money. Always fast delivery. Very satisfied!
