We concur with the (poor) review below about Art Tech Decorative. First of all, they didn't show up on the day the work was supposed to start. They did arrive the next day, but didn't do any work; they simply placed items in the house. Because Klaas Jan indicated the job would be completed within a week, we began to doubt whether this was feasible. From that moment on, the poor communication with Klaas Jan de Groot and Sacha Oudolf began. This poor communication manifested itself in, among other things, ignoring phone calls and emails, as well as sending incorrect invoices. The company ultimately spent three weeks installing the poured floor, repeatedly citing the drying time as the reason. In reality, they simply hadn't planned properly. We experienced a great deal of stress because of this, including having to cancel the appointments of the plasterer and interior stylist and having to postpone our moving date. Ultimately, they installed fewer square meters than initially stated, but charged for the full amount. After measuring it ourselves, it turned out that less had indeed been laid, so they adjusted the square footage. Unfortunately, no sincere apologies were offered; instead, they played the victim. This is a very unprofessional company with poor communication. Addition to the response below from ATD: You did indeed only deliver the service after three weeks, so we have no choice but to pay the invoices. Unfortunately, the service-to-quality ratio is incredibly poor. Moreover, you're now playing the victim again. Hopefully, people will read this review before doing business with you. We're confident they'll believe us before you do.

We're thrilled we chose Art Tech Decorative. They're highly skilled and meticulously finished. Nothing is too much trouble, and everything is handled in close consultation. The guys who visited us are very professional and know their stuff. Because a section of skirting board had to be removed from our pivot doors, the floor was open. We called Klaas Jan, and a week later, the problem was resolved as a courtesy. I highly recommend this company. It was a great experience, with good advice and knowledgeable staff.

This year, we installed a lava poured floor in our new office building and home. While we were still in the orientation phase, we received a warm welcome in Heerenveen and were provided with the necessary information. Several sample planks were sent to help us choose the right color. The work went smoothly, although we did experience some setbacks with the drying time. So far, we're very pleased with the floor, and we haven't had any complaints. Communication with Klaas Jan de Groot has been excellent and pleasant. We received a nice and tasty gift upon arrival and delivery. All in all, an excellent choice.

The team at Art Tech Decorative installed a beautiful, seamless poured floor throughout our house (including the garage, bathroom walls, walk-in shower, and toilet walls). The product feels wonderful to walk on barefoot and provides more than enough grip in the walk-in shower as well. Having a continuous poured floor throughout the house without thresholds or seams is a dream come true for us. What stood out was the flexibility and thoughtfulness of the team at Art Tech Decorative. They always responded quickly to questions via WhatsApp, and when we requested a call back, they usually did so the same day (even on weekends). Because the drain insert in our walk-in shower was too high above the floor, the poured floor material was fitted to the cover of the new insert free of charge.
