In August, we had uPVC window frames and doors installed at the front and back of the house. We are extremely satisfied; the men worked very neatly, and we are happy with the end result! Even when there were some minor issues, they were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Five years ago, a three-part frame with double doors was installed in the rear facade. It all started when the subcontractor hadn't replaced the lintel with a steel beam. They hastily called in this subcontractor, who was clearly unhappy. The ordered screen doors and stainless steel sill plate weren't there. These were delivered later, but the stainless steel sill plate didn't arrive properly. We had to call several times to get it installed. Almost immediately after installation, one of the doors started sticking. Over the years, technicians came to adjust this door. After each visit, it stopped sticking, but a day later it did again. It became clear that the frame had subsided, causing the sticking door. Photos were emailed upon request, and based on the photos, the "expert" from A-lux had the audacity to claim the problem was due to the house's foundation. There was no sympathy whatsoever, and every possible excuse was offered to avoid repairing it. Highly recommended not to do business with this company.

We recently had a complete renovation through A-Lux Westervoort, converting all our window frames and doors from wood to plastic with better glass, a sustainability project. We are very pleased with how everything went, from excellent initial discussions to clear, concise quotes and excellent communication, to the excellent workmanship. The installers were very friendly and helpful, worked cleanly and neatly, and even removed the rubbish and debris after each workday. Shortly afterward, a few minor issues were repaired or improved. In short, we are very satisfied customers.

My parents bought some roller shutters here. Upon delivery, the color wasn't right, and they were told they had to connect the power themselves. They had this done, which cost them another 200 euros. Then the next problem: the rotation direction was wrong. When they called about it, they hung up on me twice. When my mother called a third time, someone finally came by. They were there for an hour and a half and couldn't set it up. In the end, it didn't work, very unprofessional. I came by myself and had it fixed within 5 minutes. Don't do business with these people; it turns out they've already gone bankrupt twice.
