Early on (before the renovation of the entire ground floor), we consulted Arbusto (Elias) to design a kitchen that would meet all our needs. We once again chose the Snaidero Ola, our second Snaidero kitchen. We already had an idea for the color scheme after seeing the showroom model at Milan Design Week 2025. Elias simply called the Snaidero store in Milan to get the details so we could use them for our own design. We were immediately captivated by his enthusiasm during our first visit to the showroom, and with his solutions and suggestions, he ensured that everything was considered. The great thing is that Elias meticulously develops the entire design, incorporating every detail, right down to the non-slip mats. In short, not only the exterior but also the interior had to look perfect. A list of adjustments was also available. He took the time to review the plan (in 3D) on the large screen in the showroom. After the consultation, Elias will briefly walk you through the showroom to show you everything incorporated into the plan (the color of the interior cabinets, drawers, lighting, sink, etc.). The great thing is that he's truly fascinated and passionate about what he designs and sells, and he's also inspiring. Our kitchen was completely finished, and then he suddenly calls to tell us there's a new/better system on the market for the retractable cabinet door we'd chosen. Naturally, we were also very enthusiastic because the color of the leg under the island was a Limited Edition, and we were unsure about the color. When we told Elias we'd booked a weekend trip to Milan to view the Milan Design Week kitchen at the Snaidero Milano Brera store, he laughed. He'll return later with the color samples to get a clear picture of the situation. The drawings and wiring diagram were also perfectly prepared for the contractor, allowing the electrician and plumber to properly arrange all the prep work. We also coordinated the implementation of the lighting plan with the lighting specialist, including connecting the kitchen lighting to the wireless Casambi control system. After this preparation, everything was installed perfectly by the installers, and the kitchen was delivered in perfect condition. In short, with the involvement of various parties, we delivered a beautiful project, and we are extremely satisfied with the entire process. We're very fond of Italian kitchens. To achieve this, we chose Arbusto Kitchens. We received friendly and professional assistance from Elias. Elias doesn't rush things, and to be absolutely sure, he measured everything twice on-site. The installation was flawlessly done by expert staff. Upon delivery, everything was perfect. We are more than satisfied with our beautiful Snaidero kitchen.

What a breath of fresh air in the kitchen world! A salesperson who listens carefully and is transparent about costs. An excellent price for a beautiful, high-quality kitchen. Never again Mandemakers, Hello Kitchen, Keuken Kampioen, or Keuken Concurrent. Their own installers installed and demonstrated the kitchen in no time. Every day, I'm still incredibly happy with my choice of Arbusto kitchens! Not only the design (which exceeds all expectations), but also the service and the entire customer experience were excellent. High-quality materials, and Elias clearly delights in creating a design that suits the space and you as a person.
