Only go here if you're happy to spend a fortune and be without your car for more than a week. "We also find it very annoying that another part had to be replaced, which was completely unforeseeable." Furthermore, you shouldn't mind if your car ends up with additional defects. "We can't do anything about that; we don't take a car apart and put it back together every day." Long story short: almost €3,000 poorer and your car is going to the scrapyard. Still, two stars because "we find it very annoying too, ma'am."

We were docked in the harbor in Groningen (NL) when suddenly the heating stopped working. It's a bit chilly out on the water in the mornings. One call to Autotemp, and an hour later two technicians were on board. Less than an hour later, everything was working again. In short: competence, experience, and friendliness are top priorities at this company. Highly recommended. Thanks again, and keep up the good work!

Ara-autotemp sold me a malfunctioning pressure sensor for my Golf 7. After the problems were not resolved following the replacement of the sensor, I returned to Ara-autotemp, where they attempted to rule out various possibilities. On the advice of one of the employees, I subsequently went to the dealer, resulting in a bill of over €500. The cause of this malfunction ultimately turned out to lie in the sensor supplied by Ara-autotemp. The sensor continued to transmit incorrect values, causing the fault to persist. After calling and emailing Ara-autotemp about this several times, a response and compensation for the unnecessary costs incurred remain forthcoming. Ara-autotemp is hiding behind the sensor supplier, who was on vacation. Now, several months later, a response or solutions are unfortunately still lacking. It is a shame that this company calls itself a specialist but treats customers like this. I will not be returning here for replacement parts or “service”.
