I had the system installed 25 years ago, to my complete satisfaction. Also, the annual service from Jaap. I moved to a smaller house and thought I'd have Aquaco install it again. I submitted a request through the website, but after that, no response. I thought I'd give them a call. I contacted sales, who said the person in question was on vacation and would contact me on Monday. I called again after a week and was told that the information had indeed been passed on and that they would follow up again. Now, 10 days later, and still no sound. There's a real lack of direction from above. You won't believe this.

I recently sent them an email (on April 30th). At the time, I had Aquaco install a sprinkler system in my entire garden. I received no response. Absolutely nothing. This company is not to be taken seriously!!!

Very bad experience with it! Technicians blame the previous technician but "he doesn't work here anymore" Always replace something that turns out not to be it! After many invoices later, according to the technician "the pulse" is not good. We invited them to come and have a look (it now works with another pump and old pulse) Aquaco should have offered this solution too. The only thing they are good at is sending invoices. Not even worthy of 1 star!
