Mark comes directly to the site without providing a quote beforehand. This provides clarity without any pushy obligation, and it was a pleasant conversation. The quote and communication were clear; agreements were well honored. The installers were also no-nonsense, local guys; hard-working and a smooth installation. The installation support and registration with the Solar Edge app were also excellent. VAT refunds were also easy via a website. We immediately benefited from the very sunny weeks in March and April.

I'm very demanding when it comes to details, especially when it comes to solar panels. What struck me was that most companies only offer standard solutions. Eventually, I spoke with Mark from ANZON, and he was willing to collaborate with me to find the perfect solution. He's a company that keeps its promises and is well-priced! Several friends have since purchased panels from ANZON.

We've had Anzon solar panels for a while now, and we're very happy with them. They have a team of professional and fast installers. Everything was done in one morning. The price was also very attractive, so we haven't regretted it for a moment.

"Imagine having problems after installation!!!," someone wrote a few months ago, and the service is also terrible. I'm one of those people who has been "enjoying" no response from this company (Mark) for over a year. Even one star is too much. "Promising too much and delivering too little is the fool's game" is a saying that applies to this company. That this company still exists is a mystery to me. Not a good word to say about it. There wouldn't be enough space for a review to mention everything that has happened so far. The first owner of "Anzon" was the one who held his customers in high regard; the current owner is worthless. In the words of another customer: "I think about you all day long..." Well, I think about him too, but with very mixed feelings. I hope my review will help bring this company to an end soon. Fortunately, there are also companies that do their utmost to resolve the problems, even if the product wasn't purchased from them.
