ANWB Rijschool Deventer is one of the best driving schools in Deventer. While it is more expensive than other schools, you get quality lessons and teachers. I passed my rijexam and had outstanding help from my instructor Els who was really patient, persevering and empowering. This rijschool is highly recommended.

My lesson times kept changing without proper explanation more than dozen of times. I kept having these notifications that my lesson times got changed. I didn't complain at first for more than 10 times as it was COVId time, but later, I got so annoyed because I secured my time during weekdays and got a notification that my lesson starts a middle of day on my working days. The instructor sometimes doesn't fill the promised lesson time (10min-15min less) I wouldn't have minded about the situation only if I could get proper explanation or apologies about it. Now I am very annoyed and will tell people don't ever use ANWB. There are so many options out there who know how to be professional.

If you are looking to change your foreign driving license, it is very good school to go to. I had a teacher Paul. He is very professional and help to brush up your driving skill on Dutch road ( all those different rules- ..)

Decent new cars, knowledgable staff but not customer friendly at all and quite expensive. I wouldn’t recommend.
