I was in the store on the 2nd of December, Bianca the ANWB assistant saw I was having problems ( heart attack) she sat me down called my wife and an ambulance, Her prompt actions saved my life. Conveniently located inside the Stadshart, Amstelveen's shopping mall and provides all the services ANWB provides, as well as a large selection of outdoor and holiday outfits. Large and very pleasant ambience with friendly staff

A nice and new ANWB shop in the locality. You can get many items related to your auto and fiets need. I went there for an international driving permit and their service is awesome. I would recommend this shop to you.

Went to the closest ANWB after a wheel on a suitcase I bought broke while on holiday. The conversation with the 3 elderly women was embarrassing, as they tried every excuse in the book to avoid saying it was a defect. Finally, they agreed to replaced the wheel. Just before the suitcase was one year old a wheel broke again. Went to the closest ANWB expecting another drama but the guys heard me out and kindly replaced the suitcase with no fuss. Not too impressed with the quality of the suitcase but I guess the level of service can go anywhere from unprofessional to 5 stars.
