We are extremely happy that we chose Anne Fem's team when we were looking for a house to buy. A disrespectful party called late in the day on January 23rd to schedule a viewing, which could be scheduled for January 24th. I spent the evening of the 23rd reviewing all the documents in preparation for the viewing. Then, early in the morning of January 24th, I received a call to say the viewing was canceled because the house had already been sold. On January 23rd, it was already known that you were in advanced negotiations for this house. Why are you scheduling a viewing then? I had to rearrange half my schedule on the 24th for nothing. I hope that the housing market will change for these kinds of real estate agents someday.
