The washing machine drain was completely clogged. Water was gushing back up. I called and was politely assisted. They arrived two hours later. Due to my own stupid fault, they couldn't start work right away. I'd put plunger in it, which got stuck. They came by after the weekend and professionally solved the problem. Very happy with them! Great company! Thanks for the service, guys!

We tried to make an appointment with the gentleman twice. He said he would come by twice, but we didn't see anyone. No response to the email either. We do get through on the phone, but mostly we hear about postponements. Unfortunately, we are still stuck with a pile of crap. If the gentleman had been honest, we could have approached someone else before the weekend. Very disappointing.

Extremely satisfied with the service! The communication was excellent and the gentlemen kept us well-informed. The service was professional, and the gentlemen are definitely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for unblocking and cleaning. Where others have failed, Andre's unblocking company has done what it does best. Once again, top-notch service!

Andre's sewer service came by to unclog a toilet. The job was done in 20 minutes, but the bill was hefty, but the problem was that the toilet bowl was completely damaged with scratches that couldn't be polished away. Before the unclog, there wasn't a single stain or scratch (demonstrable and witnessed), and now it's completely scratched. Unfortunately, they deny everything and don't seem to be willing to resolve the issue properly. I definitely don't recommend doing business with this company!
