This is such a terrible company! I rented a place in Rotterdam with two friends for two years. During those two years, we had endless hassles with a leak, which was only finally resolved after two years. When the lease ended, they tried various ways to avoid paying the deposit by charging exorbitant cleaning fees. After finally arranging for the cleaning, you still didn't get your deposit back because of wrinkles in the curtains... Truly the worst landlord ever. In today's market, you don't really have the luxury of choosing your landlord, but if you have another option, I would advise you against entering into a lease with this company under any circumstances. You'll be ripped off in every way.
