Our new kitchen is finished, what an improvement, I'm so happy with it. It was installed by Ambiance Keukens on Oude Molenstraat in Oss. What excellent service and cooperation. Hats off to this company, I'm truly delighted; nothing was too much trouble, and they're thoughtful down to the smallest detail.

Negative review of Ambiance Keukens Our experience with Ambiance Keukens was downright disappointing and concerning. We are entitled to a new kitchen through Brabant Wonen. Because we added 1.5 meters to our kitchen, this part was not covered by Brabant Wonen's standard reimbursement. We understand this. Brabant Wonen advised us to arrange this additional 1.5 meters through Ambiance Keukens for a reasonable additional fee, which would cover the cost of the original kitchen. However, what we encountered at Ambiance Keukens was shocking. For just 1.5 meters of additional kitchen space, consisting of two cabinets of approximately 1 meter high, each with two compartments, we were charged almost €3000. This amount is completely disproportionate and seems designed to maximally exploit customers who want to add something extra to their kitchen. To verify this, we requested quotes from several reputable kitchen retailers. All quotes came to around €1100 for such a complete extension. This makes it clear that Ambiance Keukens' pricing is not only unreasonable but also misleading. What made the situation even worse was the employee's attitude. During our conversation, a discriminatory remark was made: "Foreigners who don't speak the language often simply accept." This statement is disrespectful, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. Furthermore, Ambiance Keukens' approach raises serious questions about its professionalism. It appears to be a one-man operation, with the same person responsible for measuring, creating drawings, answering phone calls, and the final installation. This creates an unprofessional impression and raises doubts about the reliability and quality of the service. We informed Brabant Wonen about this situation, including the absurd pricing and the discriminatory remarks. They, too, were shocked and astonished by Ambiance Keukens' approach. Conclusion Ambiance Keukens combines exorbitant prices with a disrespectful attitude toward customers. For a simple extension of only 1.5 meters, consisting of two cabinets with limited dimensions, they are charging three times the market price. These practices are misleading and unacceptable. We advise everyone to find a professional, reliable, and customer-friendly alternative. Advice Don't be misled by this company. Your trust and money are better spent with another supplier. 2.5 months ago I ordered a kitchen cabinet. It was stated that I could pick it up within 4 weeks. I have not received any response to my emails. When I called, I was told that they do not know when the kitchen cabinet will arrive. A week later I called again and now they say that it will arrive in 4 weeks, so in February. The cabinet was probably not ordered on time and my emails are being ignored. Very poor service.

Customer friendliness and service are top priorities at this store, hats off! 5 stars is actually far too few. They're so incredibly service-oriented, and even we came for a small purchase, they treated us like royalty. I highly recommend buying their next kitchen from Ambiance Kitchens in Oss; I truly wish this store many loyal customers. Top-notch company!
