The heat pump hasn't been working for three and a half weeks. Alwako appears unable to schedule appointments, even though they say they'll call back. Even if you do manage to schedule an appointment after several calls, they lack the expertise to fix the problem. So we've been stuck in the cold for three weeks. Update: Now, three weeks later, the problem still hasn't been resolved. They don't have the capacity to schedule appointments, and the people who do come by lack the necessary expertise.

Unfortunately, our experience with Alwako wasn't positive this time, especially the way our complaint was handled. Besides the fact that they couldn't pinpoint what exactly went wrong, we feel the compensation wasn't commensurate with the inconvenience caused by the error. Ultimately, the boiler was installed perfectly.

Thankfully, service and humanity still exist! This morning I emailed Alwako with an unusual request. Within 10 minutes, customer service called me back, and a very understanding woman told me she'd already spoken with a service technician and that he'd be happy to help me out. She also immediately gave me the appointment date. Kudos! Addition: the technician has since been and fulfilled my additional request immediately. I didn't even have to ask. The collaboration between the technicians and customer service is clearly very good, and both have the customer's best interests at heart. I highly recommend this company :-)
