Extremely satisfied with the delivery of our new windows for the upstairs and attic. One pane was damaged, which the installers noticed during installation and immediately took action to have it replaced. The invoice was also sent only after all the work was completed and the damaged pane was replaced, which was fantastic. Friendly staff on the phone and in the field.

In May 2020, I had all my windows replaced by this (junk) company. After completion, there were dirty smudges all over the walls and nails from the old glazing beads all over the place outside. They couldn't clean up or leave the place tidy. The invoice finally arrived in December, with the comment that we still hadn't paid... as if I was the defaulter, while they themselves don't have their records in order because I'd never received an invoice. Instead, they asked me to pay for their paperwork right away... Meanwhile, two years have passed, and the paintwork that was done immediately after the new windows was installed is starting to peel... the manufacturer's assessment is that cheap, junk glazing beads were used. Paintwork should last at least 7 to 10 years, but because of this cheap junk, it doesn't even make it past two. I've already emailed twice to find a solution, but as expected with this group of amateurs, no response. Stay away from this group of amateurs!!!
