Facilities are nice but the service was awful (on the 29.04). A worker kept us waiting for 40 minutes in the garage keep saying he would be free in 5, no sits were offered (which were right next to him). Then he provided a wrong storage space so we needed to empty all the heavy stuff we already put in there and move it to the other place by ourselves. Asked too many unnecessary questions for the contract, wasted out time. Hire someone else, that would things much better.

Staff is good, lots of storage places and current offers are nice. But the app is really bad. I was stuck inside the place because the app didn't work, and there seemed to be no other way to open the doors. The phone went unanswered for several minutes, and finally, they just said that reinstall the app. For a business that relies heavily on its app, it's sad how bad it is. Edit: updated rating to 1 star as today again the app didn't work and the call center say they can't do anything. Come tomorrow. What a terrible business.

Be very careful with this. They're throwing around offers like that. A free month here, 3 months free there. You name it. Suddenly, amounts of 180 euros per month are rounded up to 213 euros per month. In the end, they make you pay for a rule called "quality" anyway. As if you have to pay for the quality of the doors. What nonsense. I pay for a box and that's it. In the end, they quickly come up with an inflated invoice and tell you that you received a different offer than you were told. Don't fall for it. Update: They did resolve it eventually.

I rented a storage unit from ALLSAFE for six months and used a moving van. Initially, everything seemed to be in order, but towards the end of the rental period, things went wrong. When I emptied the storage unit, it turned out to be covered in mouse droppings, and the moving van had poorly functioning lights, meaning I could only drive safely with high beams or fog lights. I didn't make a fuss about it at the time, because I'd always been satisfied with ALLSAFE and wanted to keep it clean. When I picked up the van, significant damage to the side post/bumper was already noted on the damage report. During use, I caused a small additional dent/scratch to that same part. Yet, I was charged €850 the next day, without any invoice, photos, or proof of repair costs. ALLSAFE claimed a "fixed deductible per claim," regardless of the extent or nature of the damage. That feels unfair: I'm being billed in full for damage that largely already existed, without any substantiation or transparency. Legally, this is also debatable – a landlord can only recover damages actually caused by the tenant. After being a customer for six months, and despite my reasonableness in previous situations, I am extremely disappointed with how ALLSAFE is handling this. Final rating: 1/5 – unreasonable claims handling, no evidence, poor communication.

Convenient. Clean and reasonably priced. Good security with your phone and a separate lock on your unit. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
