If I could give zero stars I would. After 5 minutes of paid inspection (paid 88€) without doing anything he concluded it was to be substituted. Still I had to pay. I asked for a quotation which was by far overpriced. The hourly rates resulting form the quotation were around 275€ even being conservative. I asked a clarification of the estimated labor which was obviously never given. Lost 88€ and went to a different supplier

We'd been smelling something strange coming from our boiler for a while, so we called this company. The technician said they could come the next day, which was pretty quick service. I hadn't had my boiler serviced in three years, so when the technician opened it, he immediately noticed a leaking burner gasket. He replaced it immediately, and I also signed up for a maintenance contract with Marco. The price was very reasonable, and now we're all nice and toasty again.

Like in many houses, the central heating boiler is located in the stairwell. After two minutes, the technician came to complain (while I was in an online meeting, as I had told him) that he couldn't reach it properly. If I didn't have a deck, he would leave, he said. I didn't have one (never needed one before), and he did indeed leave again. So after waiting over a month for him to come, I can now, in early January, look for a less demanding (I'll call it that) professional. One star, because giving zero stars is simply not possible. --- Update after the response from Allround Installation Technology: The technician arrived fifteen minutes early and didn't apologize, not even when I mentioned I was in a meeting. During that meeting, he bothered me again with his complaint about the working conditions. He didn't express any regret at leaving me with a malfunctioning central heating system in January. And when we made the appointment, he didn't ask where the boiler was located, but apparently thought I'd consult the Occupational Health and Safety Act before hiring a technician. A prime example of someone who doesn't know their place.
