Unprofessional and unreliable. Appointment made for heat pump maintenance. The technician inspected the pump for a few seconds and said, "Everything looks fine," without actually measuring, cleaning, etc. After insisting on actually performing a maintenance service and taking measurements like other companies, it turned out the technician knew absolutely nothing about the pump. He couldn't even reproduce the name of the pump, which was printed in large letters, to consult with someone from his office. Ultimately, it turned out he was a regular heating engineer who had been sent to a heat pump maintenance service he'd never dealt with before. They promised to schedule a new appointment with an actual heat pump technician, but of course, that never happened.

Aktie BV provided excellent help when we were without hot water and heating for weeks. The company we had a maintenance contract with was virtually impossible to reach by phone and left us hanging, while other companies we called were too busy. This company was easy to reach by phone and was also busy, but when the friendly operator heard we'd been without heating for so long, they immediately turned it into an emergency service. The friendly, courteous, and above all, highly skilled technician did a great job quickly, and Aktie BV has another regular customer. They do a professional job here!
