Contact has been very difficult over the past few months, and there's been no response at all for weeks now. Something's not right. I can't reach them by phone, and there's no response to emails either. I previously received excellent advice, but I'm very disappointed with how things turned out.

A very pleasant experience with this office. Knowledgeable and affordable, and they really take the time for you. Forget those big offices; you're just a number there, or they don't have time for you at all.
