Excellent service on a hot summer day! When my air conditioner suddenly stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year, Akore Klimaatbeheersing bv from Roosendaal was there for me immediately. They arrived the same day and repaired the air conditioner quickly and professionally. The technician was not only professional but also very friendly and customer-focused. Truly top-notch service! I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend Akore.

Last Tuesday, our old Brink installation gave up the ghost. Akore BV was the one who responded quickly; last Friday we received a home visit to see if the installation could still be got working, but unfortunately, that was no longer possible. On Tuesday, we received a quote, and by rescheduling their appointments, they were able to come and install it the very next day. Unprecedented service from Akore BV!!! And we are nice and warm again!

I made an appointment for a quote for a heating replacement. I went in mid-July and heard nothing since. I called three times myself. Now, on September 2nd, I haven't even received a quote. Too busy, I guess. That's no way to treat customers. It's a shame.

After the breakdown, the boiler still wasn't working. I had to return twice, and what turned out was that I had to pay both call-out fees and the initial rate. I told them I didn't agree, and then they canceled the maintenance contract. Not really the right partner for hot-air heating.
