We were very satisfied with the company. We asked for quotes from 4 different companies. They were not the cheapest, but they dealt with our request the most. We were able to arrange an appointment for the on-site inspection, and I received advice from Mike on the appropriate air conditioner placement. I would have received an appointment within 4 weeks, but due to other commitments I had to postpone it by a week, and they handled this flexibly as well. 2 air conditioners were installed, but due to unforeseen difficulties, the work took 1.5 working days. Both times Tom arrived with his team and they did a professional job. They were kind and helpful. They installed the air conditioners, and we chatted a bit during the process, and I felt good about the 1.5 working days. Thank you very much for your work.

Had my air conditioners installed today by Aircoplanet. The first contact with ED felt very good and familiar. Today, they came to install the air conditioners, these were technicians Tom & Robin K. They did a professional and excellent job, everything was neatly finished, and they did a great job. Good communication and friendly guys. I would definitely recommend Aircoplanet. 10/10 service!
