I had two outdoor and five indoor units installed through Marco from Aircoplan. Everything went smoothly, they kept their promises, and the installation was flawless. The installers were very neat, and the finish inside and out was excellent. The price was also very competitive; I paid €2,500.00 less for an identical system with Aircoplan than with the competition.

Good experience with this company. We requested a quote for an air conditioner for our bedroom at the beginning of June. June is a busy time in the air conditioning world, so we expected a longer delivery time. Despite the busy period, Aircoplan managed to install the air conditioner within a few weeks of the inspection visit. We're very happy with it. It was neatly installed, the air conditioner works perfectly, and the room was cool in no time. The price estimate we received in advance on the website was accurate to within €100.

I filled out the so-called Air Conditioning Selector on the website, got a price estimate, so far so good. Someone came to measure the room and provide a quote. Also clear. A good week later, I received a quote that was more than twice as high excluding VAT and additional costs as the quote on the website was including VAT. Then I lost it... I was supposed to get a call back to have this explained, but after another week, I went with someone else (for €1000 less, identical air conditioning and installation, including VAT and labor). P.S. Sorry, Aircoplan, but this isn't good advertising.
