The outdoor unit was broken. I called a technician. He came and couldn't figure out what was wrong, so he spent a long time on the phone, saying the circuit board needed replacing. He came a second time and connected it, immediately breaking it. Then he left and took my circuit board (stolen). Then another technician came. He drove into my personal parking space without permission (there's a sign there) and broke the charging station, which he cowardly kept quiet about; he couldn't help but notice. He confirmed that his colleague hadn't connected it correctly and left. After a while, I noticed the terminal was broken, and the next day I went to the company to fix the problem and asked them to send a regular technician. The boss replied that they have excellent technicians with the highest qualifications. I let myself hesitate and was shown the door. That same day, two people came to my house and started lying, saying the pole was only supposed to be metal, so they wouldn't compensate me for the damage. They then started insulting and humiliating me, slammed the car door, and left before saying they wouldn't fulfill their obligations under the repair contract.
