I have three Samsung Windfree indoor units in my house. They were delivered surprisingly quickly after ordering. A few things went wrong during installation, but they were resolved by expert staff. They even covered the cost of indirect damage. After a few months, I had a water leak. It turned out I'd forgotten a tie wrap, and the condensation pump was leaking. Fortunately, condensation didn't leave any rings. After this, the same air conditioner started blowing too loudly or too softly. The technician quickly found the problem. The filter was full of dust. This had already happened within six months! Everything that happened was handled quickly and professionally. The staff is friendly and dedicated. I now have super-quiet air conditioners that are beautifully installed, and you can't hear the outdoor unit either. When I'm outside, I hear the neighbors' air conditioner more than my own.
