Incredibly disappointed in Henkelman. Based on the good reviews we saw previously we had high hopes and contacted them about carrying out our renovations. After some delays due to an internal slip-up we had an appointment take place, and we discussed what we wanted to renovate. We’d receive an estimate soon, we were promised. 1 week later on tuesday I call them to ask what the status is. “We are working on it, this week you will receive it”. And then what happens? I get a call that they had been the winner of a large tender, and that they would be completely full for the next 1,5 years, cancelling all upcoming proposed jobs and quotes. Come on! You made me wait for a quote when you knew time was of the essence (we specifically discussed this), literally yesterday tell me that I’ll get a quote, and then you straight up CANCEL it the next day??? Absurd… Again, very disappointed.

Leon helped us with a complete renovation: - He completely renovated the ground floor, including the concrete slabs, and installed underfloor heating; - He fitted the kitchen with additional circuits and plumbing; - He custom-cut the remaining tiles and made skirting boards on his own initiative (in consultation); - He renovated the downstairs toilet; - He renovated the bathroom and fitted it with new walls due to heavy tiles, underfloor heating, and a new ceiling. Leon is also a wonderful person to have in your home. He even once confronted me about not locking the door, while other construction workers left the lights on or didn't close the door behind them. I highly recommend him, and if the need arises in the future, we will definitely call him!

We also renovated the floor and toilet in our new house. Absolutely fantastic job again! Everything was delivered perfectly, and the contact with Leon and Selena was fantastic. Agreements were clearly made and kept in advance. On to the next project.

The men from the finishing company renovated my entire bathroom and toilet. They completely gutted everything and rebuilt it beautifully. We consulted with them thoroughly and gave them honest advice about the possibilities and limitations. They worked punctually and kept their promises. I'm very happy with the end result.

Our bathroom floor (a poured floor from another supplier – a terrible choice for a walk-in shower) was leaking, and the Henkelman team took on the challenge of replacing it (removing the old floor, installing new underfloor heating and tile flooring) without leaving a single scratch on the rest of the bathroom and fixtures.
