Introductie
In 2005 is Adviesgroep Lenssen opgericht.
De naam “Adviesgroep Lenssen” is bewust gekozen. De nadruk ligt namelijk op het eerste woord in de bedrijfsnaam. In eerste instantie adviseren wij je, ongeacht of dit leidt tot het afsluiten van producten. Maar, uiteraard hebben wij wel de mogelijkheid om alle beschikbare producten aan te bieden. En het unieke is dat we dat zowel in Nederland, België als Duitsland kunnen doen.
Wij willen liever een totale zakelijke relatie met je aangaan voor vele jaren. Want die relatie begint pas echt na het realiseren van het advies. Binnen een langdurige relatie kan er ook grondig gewerkt worden aan vermogensvorming voor de lange termijn.
Persoonlijke (financiële) zaken behoren een persoonlijke benadering te krijgen is onze filosofie. Wel mag gebruik gemaakt worden van moderne communicatiemiddelen, maar de basis van het advies ligt in een gesprek van mens tot mens.
Met ruim 25 jaar ervaring op het gebied van financieel advies zijn inmiddels alle mogelijke scenario's wel bekend en hebben we altijd een oplossing voor je. Creativiteit is ons handelsmerk.
Zo zijn wij bijvoorbeeld daarnaast ook nog uniek in onze oplossingen voor expiraties van lijfrentes voor (Neder)belgen en of die nu betrekking hebben op een zelf gespaard kapitaal of een voormalige Gouden Handdruk waardoor je mogelijk geen tot slechts heel weinig belasting betaalt.
Door ons specialisme ten aanzien van deze laatste groep zijn wij sedert enkele jaren zowel in Nederland als in België vertegenwoordigd en staan we aan alle kanten van de Limburgse grens voor je klaar voor alle financiële vraagstukken, waaronder:
* je Nederlandse, Belgische of Duitse hypotheek voor je eigen woning; * je Nederlandse, Belgische of Duitse hypotheek voor je verhuurde woning; * je Nederlandse lijfrenteverzekering als inwoner van de EU; * je vrijvallende gouden handdruk- of stamrechtvoorziening; * of een totaal financieel plan.

One of the best advisers I ever met! With so much of knowledge. He was helping us with buying our first house and within 2 weeks our mortgage was ready for buying the house we were dreaming about after having some issues with the previous mortgage advisors. He could bring the mortgage to the highest possible amount. Definitely recommend and really appreciate the work!

Toine is a wonderful man. We bought our first house, and as a mortgage advisor, Toine helped us with everything. Our first conversation was super relaxed and pleasant. Everything was immediately clear about what was possible and what wasn't. The entire process after we found a house was a huge rollercoaster. And Toine was incredibly helpful throughout. For our first mortgage in 2006, we went to Adviesgroep Lenssen. It seemed impossible to us given our situation. But Toine Lenssen dug into our case and managed to make it happen. We were able to buy our first house! In recent years, we started to feel the urge to move. In the madness of the market, we first turned to Adviesgroep Lenssen again.
