In 2022, as a starting entrepreneur, I found Hans Vening. Recommended by my network. Friendly man, good price. But communication is truly his weak point. You can call and email until you're blue in the face, and after a year, you'll never get a response. The result was a terrible additional tax assessment, because my expected turnover was suddenly higher after changing assignments (I tried to inform him about this several times). He also neglected to file the very first joint tax return correctly and simply forgot to include part of my partner's income. Result: In 2025, another hefty additional tax assessment for 2022. And that wasn't the only financial setback. So, this year I switched accountants. One who is reliable and also proactively monitors and communicates! It costs more, but you get what you pay for.

I've written quite a few reviews. Most are after a short visit to a restaurant or garage, but none about a long-term relationship. A review about a restaurant is a snapshot in time, a review about this administrative office is about a relationship of… Hans is an incredibly nice man. He's very knowledgeable about his field, and if he doesn't know something, he'll figure it out. If you do get a hold of Hans, the communication is really pleasant… If… The only problem with Hans is that when you call him, he basically doesn't answer and almost never calls back. If you send an email, he either takes a long time to respond (if you even get one) or you have to send him a reminder (if that doesn't work, a WhatsApp message is often necessary). Declarations are always filed at the last minute, so you often have to rush into action over the weekend to meet your obligations on time. The above has been discussed frequently, but despite promises and assurances, we haven't noticed any change in communication or working methods. So, after two years, we had to decide to move elsewhere, which immediately proved to be a solution to the problems.

I've been trying to get in touch for two months, calling, leaving voicemails, sending emails, submitting a request through the website, and absolutely no response. The phone number on the website is fake; they never answer. And then the website says, "I'm here for everyone."

Snelle en correcte afhandeling. Heldere uitleg op vragen. Het te betalen bedrag voor de afhandeling was goed. Fijn dat je de aangifte naderhand digital krijgt opgestuurd in plaats van per post. 1 klein minpuntje:. Het kantoor had 5 sterren gekregen als ze op de website of de voicemail hadden ingesproken dat ze gesloten waren vanwege vakantie.
