Extremely poor service, and communication is apparently very difficult. On February 7th, I requested to file my tax return (retroactively for five years). After numerous phone calls and emails, it was finally ready in mid-August. I received a hefty bill. I also had the returns reviewed by a third party, and every one contained errors. I'm €700 lighter and still nothing has been resolved.

Very disappointed with how P. Van Limpt has treated us in recent years. He's a man of many words but little action. We've been customers for over 20 years, and initially, without any problems. In recent years, everything has changed, and he's completely let us down at a crucial time in our lives! Nothing but problems, fines, and calls from bailiffs and the tax authorities. You think everything is fine, and he makes it seem that way. With many promises, P. Van Limpt, who thinks he's above the tax authorities, only causes more problems. I don't do this often, but I'd like to warn people not to suffer the same mistakes, stress, and costs that we have in recent years.

I have been receiving help for years and am very satisfied. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response or contact; I understand this because they are busy. It does indeed cost money, but if they charge for everything, it has been down to the last cent so far. For me, it is definitely worth the money, because I don't understand a thing about it myself.

Advice: absolutely do not do business with them. My uncle had been a customer for years. Without contacting him, they disconnected him, even though the administration office was still receiving digital messages from my uncle (via authorization). I became concerned when he received a final reminder (by mail) from the Tax and Customs Administration. They did nothing with the digital messages. I called Van Limpt to explain the situation and ask for advice on finding a short-term solution. The receptionist didn't understand me and wouldn't let me finish. Then I contacted Peter van Limpt. In short, the response: No action is being taken, because, well, we're no longer customers...

I was referred to this office by a colleague. As a cross-border worker, I have to file taxes in Belgium and the Netherlands. I made an in-person appointment, where I was spoken to by Mr. van Limpt. I was asked to provide some documents to complete/review tax returns for several years. For 10 months, I had to repeatedly request follow-up via email. I was asked to forward the same documents multiple times. I never saw any results or calculations, nor did I receive a tax return. Then I received an invoice for the consultation 10 months earlier, stating that calculations could not be made due to a lack of proof of working from home (which I couldn't obtain from my employer...). I did pay the invoice to settle the matter.
