Unfortunately, I've had some very bad experiences. If your business isn't your average one, you shouldn't do business with this firm. We paid monthly for our VAT returns, which were essentially always zero. I now know that you can do that with just three clicks. Then we paid for our annual statement. After a few years, the tax authorities audited us, and errors were found in several years. Correcting them cost us a lot of our own time and money again for another firm. And to make matters worse...today I had to pay a fine for those errors in 2022.
