Disappointing service and lack of clear communication We've been handling our bookkeeping here for years, but the service has deteriorated significantly over the past two years. When we ask what documents we need to provide and what the latest developments are, we receive a very general checklist with questions they should already know and that are available in their archives. After reporting that we needed specific information, we were promised a targeted document list. More than a month later, we still haven't received it, and after further inquiries, we only received the response: "You could have removed this from the checklist yourself." A checklist is only useful if it clearly indicates which elements are relevant. This negligence, combined with the lack of service and communication, makes it clear to us that it's time to look for another accountant.
