Disappointing experience with Pauline Bouma Accounting Office. Unfortunately, I have to share my experience with Pauline Bouma Accounting Office, and I'm sorry to say it wasn't positive. About a month ago, I had a pleasant conversation with Pauline, during which we verbally agreed that I would become a new client. Full of enthusiasm, I immediately terminated my current accountant, assuming I would be working with Pauline from then on. However, after this conversation, I never heard from her again. Despite sending repeated emails and trying to contact her four times by phone, I received no response. This radio silence lasted a full month, and the firm's lack of response was truly disappointing. It's a shame that this promising start to our collaboration ended so abruptly. The conversation we had gave me confidence, and I was excited to work with Pauline and her team. Unfortunately, I don't understand where the miscommunication occurred or why my attempts to contact her were ignored. All in all, I am very disappointed with my experience with Pauline Bouma Accounting Office. The lack of communication and responsiveness has made me decide to stop working with them. Hopefully, they can improve their communication channels in the future and better serve their potential customers.

My husband and I both own our own businesses. What we especially appreciate is that Pauline is willing to brainstorm with us, both when asked and unsolicited, and truly delivers customized solutions. Questions are usually answered the same day, and we regularly receive information about new tax regulations or (as is currently the case) government measures and provisions related to the coronavirus pandemic. Pauline is a very open and approachable woman who is incredibly knowledgeable but also doesn't hesitate to refer you if she knows someone who could better assist you in a particular area. Truly invaluable!
