Totally incorrect, that's a shame. Isa feels insulted when you call her an accountant; she wants to be considered an accountant. I was corrected when I referred to Isa as an accountant. She charges much higher rates than agreed upon. If you want to change accountants, she charges extra and refuses to provide documentation.
