Long story short, they either don't know their job, or they really tried to scam me. Details folliw. I used them multiple time for the service of my heater, a 14 year old heater, not new, neither too old. But it happened two months ago that they came for a repair, asked for a substantious payment without solving the issue, despite I had specifically diagnosed and indicated exactly which part needed to be replaced. After less than a week as expected I had to call them back, they finally replaced the piece and asked to be pay again. Last week another part of my unlucky heater broke down. They claimed the replacement would cost 670 euro plus vat, plus the work to replace it, and advised to replace the whole boiler for indicatively 2000 euro. I searched online with the part number written on top of the piece, and in 2 minutes I could find part was largely available at multiple very well known specialized shops and costed between 160 and 180 euro plus vat. It was also available refurbished for indicatively 120 euro. I replaced the part myself, it took me in total 20 minutes (and it's not my job). I had to untight in total 2 (two) screws and pull and re plug some connectors. They lost a customer.
