My five-year-old energy system has been completely upgraded with additional west-facing panels, an SMA hybrid inverter, and 16kWh of batteries. I'm very satisfied with the care and the way they installed everything. I'm virtually grid-independent and can charge two electric cars with the additional panels.

From the first conversation, we had a great feeling. They explained everything very clearly and correctly. Installation was completed faster than anticipated, which is always a great experience. Two different installation teams came by (to install four additional panels), but both teams were super professional. They worked quickly, efficiently, and provided the necessary explanations on how to use the app. I'm very happy we bought our solar panels from ABC Solar Panels because we had excellent communication with everyone, from the head office to the sales representative and the installation team. Everything was arranged down to the last detail!

August 28, 2023: We had solar panels installed by ABC Solar Panels. We had already prepared the cable to the attic ourselves, so the panels were installed within two hours. The team of three arrived right on time and worked efficiently. Everything was laid and hung neatly, and they also took care of the small details during the finishing touches. A week later, we had a problem. It turned out to be a broken circuit breaker that had only been installed for a week. After contacting ABC, the problem was resolved before noon, and a technician arrived with a new circuit breaker. Despite the long wait (but that's the case everywhere), we were very satisfied with the communication and the installation!

To be honest, I'm not very satisfied with this company. Scheduling a quote went very smoothly. The salesperson initially seemed to provide enough information, and I was convinced. My panels weren't installed on the agreed-upon date; there wasn't enough time left because things hadn't gone smoothly at the previous site. A few days later, two guys showed up who didn't speak Dutch (well), which caused communication problems and misunderstandings. Apparently, they weren't aware of the on-site situation beforehand, which resulted in a lot of wasted time. Of course, I'm not technically savvy myself. The switch was switched off, so the panels didn't even turn on for the first few days. I received an invoice for two small units, which the salesperson never mentioned were not included in the quote and had to be paid for separately. Communication from this company leaves a lot to be desired. I've only just discovered that my panels weren't registered either. This is something the installer should have done, or at least communicated to them. No, I will not recommend this company.
