I employed ABC Solar for the installation of Solar Panels at my house. Since the initiation of my request for a proposal, the ABCSolar Team was communicating in a very clear and efficient manner. After a house visit consultation I decided to proceed with ordering the panels and 3 weeks later, the panels were installed as promised and as agreed. The on-site installation team was excellent and I am very satisfied with the overall service provided. Highly recommended!

Noone gave me instructions to: 1) register my panels to the grid, and 2) log in mobile app to monitor real-time electricity generation. I had to research and did the first part myself. The second part needs done by the company. After two weeks of installation I haven't got any further info despite of several emails and phone calls reminder. What a poor after-sales service... Update: I had a call with the company on the following day. We agreed/found that: the man who installed the panels didn't provide any info at all regarding registration/mobile app, my emails ended up in company spam mailbox !?, my email address is wrong in company system. Eventually things got sorted out properly.

Thats a very bad company offering very terrible service. Its a super small company and they hire 3rd party to install the panels. The installation done by different 3rd parties is very different and this horrible company can never coordinate it properly. The panels were very likely to get broken and very difficult to get repaired. They canceled and rescheduled the bookings for many times, which is very annoying. Once you made the payment, their customer service person just became very rude. Don't trust them, they just made fake positive reviews.
