My heating broke down, and it got really cold here. I called several installation services; everyone was busy. They even asked if I had a subscription. I didn't, because I have district heating, and the broken part wasn't included with the Vattenfall service. I was told it would be done in a few weeks, provided the technician has time, even though the Vattenfall technician said it would take about fifteen minutes. While other installation companies literally and figuratively left me out in the cold, Aart came and did the job within a few hours. Such fantastic service, and I'm nice and warm now. Thanks, Aart, you get a full 5 stars and a big thumbs up from me.

Aart returns calls, which is more than other plumbers. I was just able to be added to the customer list. When our 10-year-old boiler (Remeha Calenta) was inspected and leaking water, Aart advised us to install a new central heating boiler. When the old boiler was dismantled, it was clear that it was indeed worn out. The new boiler was installed within a week. It's been a week now (February 7, 2024). It's warm again. He also thoroughly checked for air in the pipes and, in the process, removed a clogged strainer, which has significantly increased the pressure in the upstairs shower. All in all, good advice, a clear quote, good agreements, and a great resource. I can definitely recommend Aart.
