With full trust and based on my Friends reference i reached Bas from Aarendonk Makelaardij .He has spent around 30 min on the first meeting and I expressed my interest in a property and also mentioned my preferences . He carefully gone through the details of the property . I have immediately signed the contract as well . In the same week he helped me to won the bid for the property i liked. His accuracy in estimating the bid value of the property is top notch . I trust i was one among fews who won the bid in the first visit :). Later he arranged technical inspection, helped to find the Notary , he came for final inspection before Key handover.
