Horrible company, they don't keep their promises, and leave trash and rubbish everywhere. For example, we had to wait months for paving around our new-build house. When it was finally paved, the workers kept leaving pallets, broken bricks, curbs, piles of sand, and more behind. There's no communication about this through letters to residents, even though you're required to do so. Never seen a letter to residents. We, the residents, are constantly being overwhelmed by this company's actions; they have no communication skills. We've now taken care of the public green spaces ourselves due to the constant lack of action (two years after our houses were completed!!). A few weeks ago, a four-meter-high pile of sand was dumped in front of our door. Calling, emailing—it's all pointless. Empty promises. For example, one of the foremen working last week said it would be cleared away in a week (by May 18th at the latest), but there's not even a beginning in sight. Worthless!

A green van with a trailer from this company just roared through the street at 80 km/h. I'm glad my daughter isn't cycling in the street (or I am). Friday afternoon is nice, but please keep it somewhat normal. I don't know if the company does a good job, but if they drive like that, I'd rather not have them around.

From May 2019 to March 2020, construction company Van der Zanden Moergestel bv carried out the redevelopment of Ganzestraat-Nieuwstraat in Hapert (including sewer, groundwork, and paving) on ​​behalf of the municipality of Bladel. The company performed flawlessly. Our Ganzestraat looks beautiful again (even now that the landscaping has been added). The management and staff were always available to assist everyone during the work. They are hard workers (from early morning until late at night), and despite some setbacks (for example, with heavy rain in February 2020), the work was completed on time.
