When changes occur, a careful assessment is always made between existing products on the market, our wishes as a customer, and the costs of realizing them, weighing whether to order a ready-made product or to construct it ourselves. This demonstrates commitment and professionalism and also contributes to a pleasant and effective collaboration. Quotations and interim changes are clearly communicated and are clear and well-organized. This has enabled us as a customer to closely monitor the financial progress and make adjustments where necessary. In addition, personal circumstances, such as the presence of small children, their sleeping times, and pets, are taken into good account when requested. Within the available timeframe, inconvenience is kept to a minimum, which is greatly appreciated. Aftercare is well organized; documents are drawn up to ensure that expectations and responsibilities are clear on both sides. What I was looking for in a professional relationship involving such a large renovation is clarity, reliability, and an open attitude — and I feel that these elements are strongly present within PH van der Velden. Overall, we are very satisfied with the collaboration. When I need a contractor again in the future, I know where to go!

We're thrilled with this construction company. They took care of our kitchen renovation and the conversion of a workspace into a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. They employ most of the tradespeople themselves and have strong relationships with other external companies to ensure the renovation runs as smoothly as possible. They're proactive and proactive with things we hadn't even considered. The communication was excellent! They have a top-notch team, but especially Mario Twan and Harry, who go the extra mile and are truly there for you. Absolutely fantastic! I know who I'll be calling for my next renovation!
