This construction company isn't living up to its responsibilities. A new building leaks everywhere because of the cork that's been installed. This should be properly resolved. These guys have been doing this for years and can't come up with a good proposal. It's scandalous how they treat the residents' living conditions and how they make selling apartments increasingly difficult. Don't do business with them!

The window frames were supposed to be replaced in one day. After the frame was demolished, it turned out that not all the parts were in, so the frame is now boarded up for an unknown period. This causes a lot of drafts in the house. The finishing of the window parts that were replaced also leaves much to be desired… UPDATE: They're demolishing the frame without asking. Work is being carried out without your permission while you're not home. All in all, a VERY STRONG NO-GO.
